Our MISSION
BlueLab Nicaragua is a student engineering design team at the University of Michigan.
We aim to create sustainable solutions by engaging with local communities and partnering with non-profits that also prioritize socially engaged design.
Current Projects
We are currently working with FNE International to develop assistive seating devices for children with cerebral palsy in Nicaragua.
In 2020, we began a local project with Ann Arbor Public Schools to create an affordable tray that can attach to students' wheelchairs.
